No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10pm-8am

Summary: It was an amazing property. VERY clean and quiet. There was a beautiful fire pit in the yard that we actually didn’t use but looked like fun. I would definately recommend staying here!!

Summary: This cabin is so cute!! Very clean, well stocked and plenty of room for my family of 4 to be together and also have space if we need it. Great yard with a deck and a grill and a big fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. It is right off Rt. 16 but you wouldn't know it. The best part was we were able to bring our dog..

Summary: We loved the house. Spacious, clean, appreciated the well stocked kitchen, child locks, gates on the stairs, and comfortable beds. Appreciated plenty of sheets, towels, and small touches like laundry detergent. Having stayed in a lot of house rentals, this property was well maintained and small things were thought of - which makes for a much more enjoyable stay. **The lower rating is to reflect how difficult it was to contact the property manager. I was unable to access the property (instructions went to spam) and tried many ways to get in contact. None of my phone calls, messages through the VRBO system, or emails were returned. Thankfully, VRBO was able to get me the check-in info to be able to enter the property. Note: During our stay, they sent a handful of emails - which was helpful, but all communication was only one way. We'd love to stay here again, and hoping the feedback will help improve the ease of communicating with guests.

Summary: This property is just as advertised. The location is awesome right next to the state park and down its own private driveway. The property manager was very attentive, and the house was very clean and comfortable. We’d love to stay there again if we return.

Summary: The place was super clean and spacious. The kids loved the bunk beds and had a great set up. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. Not far to king pine skiing area. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Beautiful house on a quiet street. Very clean and comfortable. Great a/c. Nice yard for our pups. Half hour from Settlers Green and ten minutes to Chocorua Lake which was beautiful. Definitely would recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed our mini-vacation at the White Lake Retreat. This home is recently updated, very clean, well stocked and nicely situated at the end of a street with some privacy for the backyard. Stephanie answered our questions promptly and was easy to work with. Highly recommend if you want a home base for the Lakes/Mountain area of NH (30 minutes to North Conway). Kayaking in a variety of locations nearby, SUP and relaxing at White Lake with great food options and not too far to North Conway were great for us. Plan to book parking reservations online for any days you would like to visit White Lake State Park so you are assured a spot, it does fill. We enjoyed the firepit and AC was good to come back to on the hottest days. Get to Rosie's early for breakfast!
