It's been tastefully decorated and features everything you may need to take delight in a carefree vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pond and the Monterra Golf Course from your very own private and furnished balcony. You and your friends will love to unwind in the spacious and comfortable living area conveniently equipped with a TV and a gas fireplace.
If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort! If you're a golfer, the Monterra Golf Course is only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also wonderful for hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north).

The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.

Summary: Stayed here with adult children and two dogs. Space is generous and clean but a little worn in the kitchen area, however, that did not detract. We stayed in another unit, 113, last week and coffee filters were provided. This time they weren’t, and the reason given was for cleanliness and sanitation. Makes no sense. If not providing them they should state that and what filters are needed. Having said this, I’d book again.

Summary: The unit was spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub . It would be better if the hot tub was open a bit later until midnight. We stayed at another property at Rivergrass last year that was absolutely phenomenal . This unit was a bit smaller and not as modern and was an upstairs unit . The seating was a bit small for a family of four .Two couches or a larger sectional would be better to accommodate a family. Also the tv could have been larger and mounted over the fireplace as well. Netflix should be added as well . Last years unit had all of these features . The primary bedroom suite had a double bed . The bed should be at least a queen size bed an a tv in that bedroom. Overall the stay was good but there are better units at this property.

Summary: The location of this property is great - close to the village easy walking distance. There seemed to be any traps located in some rooms and there definitely needs to be a deep clean done in this rental.
