Situated on a hillside, the property overlooks large, mature trees and Collins Cove, with original stone walls crisscrossing the property. Take advantage of your scenic location with strolls through local parks or picnics along the water. A short drive will take you to Thomaston, where you can indulge in one of the art galleries or museums before heading back.
Inside, the cottage has stunning “v-notched” wood, hardwood floors, and a plethora of large windows. Lounge comfortably in the living after the day's exciting adventures while watching your favorite TV shows. Upstairs is a loft, open to the downstairs, accessed by a ship’s ladder, and offers gorgeous views from three windows. The vaulted ceiling in the kitchen/dining room area offers a feeling of spaciousness and airiness, all while overlooking the water and the furnished deck, making it a perfect spot for meals, games, or puzzles. Speaking of the deck, bring everyone outside to appreciate the crisp Maine air while serving a lobster dinner at the picnic table.
