This charming 2,000 sq ft apartment on two floors, is located on a tiny, quiet dead-end street, is part of a historic 1892 home, nestled close to both Massachusetts Bay and Dorchester's vibrant downtown. Easily walk to the Shawmut Red Line Station, admiring the old Boston mansions along the way, or stroll to the Fields Corner Red Line Station, also roughly half a mile away. You’ll find an abundance of dining, shopping, and area attractions within walking distance, including Lambert's Rainbow Market, a retro 1950s genuine untouched supermarket.
Boasting brand-new renovations and pristine living quarters, this lovely apartment will truly fulfill all your needs and then some. The huge, third-level loft houses a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, a full bathroom, and a light-filled living room with views of downtown Boston close by. Sit and unwind here while tuning into a movie on the large TV. Or, cook with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the kitchen.
On the main (second) level of the apartment, you will discover three airy bedrooms, all equipped with extra-large TVs, work desks, and mini fridges. If you're working remotely, you'll appreciate the private workspaces and the individual mini fridges, which ensure that you can keep your favorite drinks close. The primary en suite bathroom on this level is luxurious, with its dual sinks, walk-in glass shower, and inviting Jacuzzi tub.

Summary: Property was just what we needed - close to downtown, public transportation, clean. Colm the property manager was beyond accommodating and we appreciate him so much for our stay! There is a large walk in closet in the master bedroom which was perfect for my toddler's pack and play. The most comfortable beds, though, were in the other two bedrooms.Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Great house. Attentive hosts. Not having to share bathrooms on a vacation makes life so easy. One bedroom had a less than comfortable bed and one bathroom had a handle that hung, but minor things and we would recommend to others.

Summary: The perfect house for 4 of us. We spent the days touring the city and the house is located conveniently to the train which made it very easy to get around. The neighborhood is a very quiet street. Walkable to groceries and meals if we didn’t want to get on the train. We would stay there again.

Summary: We loved the old with the new. The beautiful old tile, etc adds charm to the home. The touches of red are fun. We even had a guitar available! We enjoyed the basket of goodies.

Summary: The home is an old and interesting looking home, however it needs some work. There were very large ants throughout the home, upon arrival an old sandwich that was moldy was left in the bedroom refrigerator, there is a hole above the light fixture in a bedroom. The beds are like sleeping on a wooden platform. There were extra pillows in the closets however some had blood stains on them and we could not find any extra pillowcases. The right sink in the main bathroom would not drain, and the water temperature in the shower is never constant, would go from cold to hot constantly. The cleanliness of the home could use some work as there is cobwebs throughout, the numerous artificial plants were covered in dust, crumbs in the couch. There are a significant amount of steps in the home that should be more noted in the listing as a warning to people with knee/joint issues. The layout is not at all conducive for families. There were snacks provided in the kitchen, however they were all expired. With all that being said however, the house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and does have plenty of room.

Summary: The place was awesome very unique and very little drive through traffic since it’s on a dead end street. The owner was very friendly would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: The house was so cool because it was old but had some new stuff as well. The owner is amazing, we had trouble with the air conditioning and he was on top of the problem and didn't rest until it was fixed. It was nice to have 3 full baths and one is huge. Nice living space on the top floor with ample seating. One thing that needs attention are the interior doors and handles. A dishwasher would be nice if you're planning on using the kitchen much. All in all a nice place.
