All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Summary: We love this location and setup and have stayed here several times. Our only complaint this trip was the urine smell in both the front and back living areas. We all noticed it, even the four year old!

Summary: We travelled to Salida with our 2 adult children for some time away. This house was great for the 2 kids to have their own space; the master was a little small but was nice and on the other side of the living area for a bit of privacy. The backyard was great for dinners and morning coffee looking at the river. It's an easy 3 block walk to town and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed; we used the grill to cook out 2 of the nights. We will certainly rent again if Salida ends up in our future plans again.

Summary: This house was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. We will definitely be back! We loved that we could walk into town but the house was quiet and private enough to enjoy the river in the backyard

Summary: I really enjoyed the space and the amenities. My only piece of feedback is that the heating system was very loud and vibrated a lot. It was a cold weekend, so it was a busy little furnace!The backyard was incredible and I plan to stay here again very soon!

Summary: we were pleasantly surprised with all the unadvertised ”extras” provided for guests, such as towels for the hot spring pool, doggy dishes, etc. The owners/management company were very responsive to all of our needs/requests. Thank you!

Summary: Easy check in. Excellent location in 5 min walking distance from downtown Salida. Home provided extra towels, small toys, and cozy space for us to spend the holiday weekend with friends and family. Would stay again!
