This lovely home is located on the north side of Spring Lake, less than a mile south of the heart of downtown Rockaway Beach. You need only walk three blocks across Highway 101 to reach the open, sandy beach, where you can spend your days strolling, surfing, searching for small treasures, and admiring the beautiful view. Guests can also enjoy a nearby community lake perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and fishing. Downtown is full of lively shops and eateries, and the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad provides a fun-filled excursion between Rockaway Beach and Garibaldi a few miles south. The legendary Tillamook Creamery makes a great day trip as well, only 12 miles south.

Summary: The house was great. However, no fault of the house, our stay was not. Rain every day, very hard at times, meant we could not go to the beach or enjoy the hot tub. However, we were very comfy knitting and reading. We searched for the usual information notebook and could not find one. We had to leave two days early for medical reasons, so did not get the request to strip the beds until we were home. I think we did everything else that was requested. We had to search for the place to leave the garbage. Written instructions in the house would be a big help. These are minor issues. You could not control the weather. And our drive home was lovey with the sun breaking through the clouds and a full rainbow over the ocean. Loved the house and would like to return some day.

Summary: Really nice quality condo. Has everything you need and more for the beach. Nice, well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was great, large 4 person with lots of jets. Barbeque worked great. Nice location for Rockaway. After walking across highway 101 the trail leads directly in front of split rock. Got nice pics at sunset! Great time! Summary: Stayed with my mom for Mother's day. I was concerned that the coast would be too far from our location (it'sreallybigdealforher), but fortunately, the distance was manageable. The place was clean, cozy, safe, and quiet. It had all the necessary kitchenware. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the sub and kayaks due to their weight being too heavy for us.

Summary: Beautiful grounds and property, as it was refreshing to wake up and walk around there. It is great for both families and dogs! Everything was clean, plenty of room, and many things provided! We swept the back porch as it can collect alot of debris from trees and bark bits. The hottub was a plus, but a couples jets werent working. When we figured out how to work it, some debris & pine came out. Luckily a hand net was provided. We got out most of what we could get. Aside, a very positive stay! Thank you! :)

Summary: We were very excited upon arrival to the house- the location was fantastic for us, and the house was larger and brighter than anticipated. Everything was great, but we did notice that there were plenty of partially washed dishes put away and the throw blankets could use a wash. Overall, very satisfied with our stay! Beautiful little town and for a great price :)
