Nestled under towering ponderosa pines, these decks - complete with a gas grill and eight-person table - are the perfect place to gather with your loved ones. The home also comes with a washer and dryer and complimentary laundry essentials for your convenience.
The main bedroom boasts a flatscreen TV, a plush king bed, and a desk workspace for all your remote office or schooling needs. The bunk room is sure to be a hit with your whole crew! The rustic wooden bunk beds and decor gives the feel of bringing the outdoors inside.

Summary: Home was gorgeous and had enough space for everyone who went including our furry friend. The snow looked like it would be a challenge to get in the drive way but it was plowed daily allowing for our 4x4’s to access it with ease! Overall a wonderful time! Only suggestion would be to leave the access code in the check in instructions to watch Netflix or Hulu outside of the pg rated movies as this was an entire group of adults that went. Limited service area for cell phone but the WiFi was great! Hope to visit again!

Summary: This is a wonderful cabin located in a forested area. The tall pine trees and gravel road make you feel like you are more secluded than you are. Good internet connection, all fixtures and heated floors are well done comparable to other rentals. Neighborhood is best described as "eclectic". The neighbors run the gambit of high end to those that take advantage of no HOA. This property is well spaced from other houses and feels very safe and welcoming. Only suggestion is to update the rock stairs from the driveway. While they look nice, under ideal conditions a person can still twist a knee or foot.

Summary: This was a great place with a variety of interesting/fun things nearby! Beautiful Reservoir and drove to the cliff dwellings. Charming Colorado towns all around.

Summary: House was clean and well-stocked. Tall pines surround the property, and it's VERY quiet in the neighborhood. Be aware that this little neighborhood is a mix of nicely-maintained houses and some with piles of junk on the property. Don't let that dissuade you from booking. Views off the front porch and patio are relaxing and very nice. Very close to Lake Vallecito and a beautiful 30 min drive to Durango. I walked 5 minutes from the house and was fishing on the Los Pinos river, private access for residents and guests. Neighbors were friendly but not intrusive.

Summary: Had a wonderful time. Property is great for family trip. For the price of cleaning fees the expectation was that the property would have been cleaner than it was. But all in all, it was a lovely cabin.

Summary: Our family goes to Vallecito every year and we loved this property. The master was big enough for myself, husband and two kids on a blow-up mattress. My parents enjoyed the queen room and my sister and her best friend had the bunk room. There was plenty of seating around the house for the 8 of us and we absolutely loved having every meal out in the deck. My dad loved being able to walk to the river and fished there at least once a day. We would definitely come back to this place
