Summary: Overall this was a nice, clean home that served its purpose for us. It was a short drive from any businesses so I wouldn’t consider it walkable and the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped so I wouldn’t consider it an ideal home if you’re trying to spend a lot of time in the home, but it was good for a place to sleep that was clean

Summary: A great retreat in a quiet neighborhood. This house has plenty of room inside. The floor plan is excellent and offers plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the excellent beds and this was a perfect place to relax between State Volleyball matches. I highly recommend this house

Summary: Some surprises. The door to the garage in the laundry room was wide open when we arrived. The master bath window was open. There was a, not small, black spider between the sheets on a twin bed. There are no directions for how to use the tv. The fireplace doesn’t work. Behind the hall bath door could use a bit better cleaning. We called about the tv and talked with a nice lady. After much..try this attempts…we ended with “our local service will call and be out to help.” It sounded to us that was meant to happen that night! I got a call the next day, late afternoon, and we decided..never mind! This home is ok but it would be good if things worked and instructions were available. We talked and agreed that an overall rating of 3 is adequate.

Summary: It was great staying in a house with a fully fenced yard and a doggie door! The kitchen had great spice selection, but it could use larger and wider variety of pots and pans and more/better silverware. They get bonus points for incredible water pressure in the shower! Amazing! Overall, if you only plan to sleep in the house, it's a great space!
