This home boasts a prime location for hiking, with Tucson Mountain Park and its scenic trails less than two miles up the road. Here on the west side of Tucson, you'll also be close to downtown (five miles), the University of Arizona (seven miles), Saguaro National Park (nine miles), and golf courses in every direction.
No matter how you choose to spend your days, you'll delight in beginning and ending each one outside in the peaceful backyard. Sit down for alfresco breakfasts on the patio, indulge in afternoon naps in the hammock, and admire the sparkling night sky as you flip steaks and burgers on the grill.
The centrally air-conditioned interior is bright, open, and polished, with large picture windows framing mountain and valley views throughout. Summary: The home was clean and we loved the location. We also appreciate the size of the home with 3 queen and 1 king bed for adults. However, there were a lot of issues for a home that is hosting 7 or 8 adults that are not acceptable for the price. (#1) Internet service is terrible. 10Mb download and .5Mb upload...not usable for streaming or remote work or even our phones to check websites and stream music. (#2) The hot water system is lacking. The hottest water we got was not hot, and after several showers, it took a full day to replenish, so a few of us got to take cold showers regularly. (#3) The lights/fans and thermostat controls are not obvious. There needs to be a guide for how to control the Heat/AC and the fan controls. It was a frustrating time for a few days before we got things sorted. (#4) The water was not hooked up to the refrigerator, so no ice or filtered water. There was a small tabletop icemaker, but it required constant supervision to move the ice it made to the freezer to keep it until use. (#5) The doors only lock from the inside with a key and the house comes with only one key...other than being a safety concern since you cannot escape the house without the key in case of a fire, it was also a problem for those times when we separated and needed to get in. (#6) The kitchen was not well stocked with cooking supplies. The frying pan was very bad shape and there was a general lack of pots/pans and supplies.

Summary: This property was exceptional! The pictures don't do it justice because the layout was way bigger than it seemed. It was easy to get to and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Super clean and spacious, very modern and updated throughout the house. Communication with the property manager was simple and easy. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit Tucson in style and comfort for the whole family.

Summary: Our family was visiting Tucson to attend an event downtown but also visit the Saguaro National Park. The location of this home was perfect! It was away from the action downtown but close enough to visit. Very spacious home and very clean! We would book again.

Summary: Selected this house cuz it had 4 separate bedrooms w at least queen beds not single or bunk beds and most importantly, pet-friendly! There were 4 clean, spacious bedrooms w 3 queens &1 king bed. Beautiful quiet neighborhood w easy highway access. House was well-appointed and provisioned. Outside backyard is private, clean & relaxing. Overall would stay again unless i was using a cane or wheelchair. Not for guests w mobility issues… several steps at front entrance into front door, then has 2 steps down fr entry, then 2 steps up into kitchen/dining & hallway. Master has 2 steps down for the bed/sitting area plus 2 steps up into closet/vanities/commode/shower. Stumbled a few times till i got used to remembering to pay attention! (Wife & i 68 & 66 yo). All my adult kids did fine. Not a deal breaker but an fyi for mobility restricted guests . Received incorrect code for lockbox, called in and ended up getting (we think) the code for cleaning crew lockbox. No biggie, just a slight delay.
