Bring your morning coffee outside to the patio overlooking the lake, launch the two kayaks from the private dock for a day of fishing, and spend your days basking in the Florida sunshine while catching glimpses of marine life. The best part is fishing gear is provided, so you'll be able to fish whenever you please.
This single-level home enjoys a waterfront location on a lake inlet of the Peace River, where it sits on a sunny piece of property with a dock, an expansive back patio, and a screened porch at the water's edge. It's a wonderful spot to catch memorable sunrises and dine alfresco in the evenings.
Inside, the house is open and airy, offering both central air conditioning and glass doors that can be opened to let the sea breezes come through. The kitchen has every essential, including a wine fridge and a breakfast bar. You can sit down for homemade meals and after-dinner board games in the adjacent dining area, and watch DVDs and Netflix favorites in the adjacent living room with a TV and dual sofas.
