Summary: Warm friendly welcome from Sue. Cosy cottage with the benefit of a relaxing hot tub. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Great location with lots to do within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Easy to get to. Quite close to Scarborough and Filey. A lovely place to stay, and was lovely to take my dog too. Sue was a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble.

Summary: Lovely property fully equipped and nicely decorated. Hot tub is great, and the roof above means it can be used even in bad weather. Our dog Bessie loved using the large garden area, and the host Sue was great. Well recommended!
