Summary: Place was just fine.. We would rent again. Reported to VRBO already by phone. Just a few things. Not correct cables to play DVDS from payer. Outside BBQ needs replaced, Sm. water leak from frig? Jets on spa not working.

Summary: House is smaller than expected. Could have had better directions to the beach access. Could have had better instructions in using the TV. Back yard was over grown and could have been mowed.

Summary: The location of this house is great. There is beach access at the end of the road which is a very short walk. The actual house had some pros and cons. Pros: location, yard, fire pit, all TVs had a streaming stick, good fridge, dishwasher, etc, house was mostly clean, fresh bedding and towels, fresh sponge and soap by sink, hose by front door to rinse off before going in, beautiful flowers and decor Cons: the mold/mildew smell was very strong and affected our allergies, sign by the door stating no shoes, no pets allowed on the furniture, no pets could be left unattended (even for a minute) so even though we brought crates for our dogs we did not feel comfortable going out to dinner, the door lock kept malfunctioning, fridge was not cleaned with someone’s half eaten leftovers inside, huge holes in fence blocked off by random items like chairs, carpets were dirty, half of burners on BBQ grill didn’t work, jets on hot tub didn’t work

Summary: This home had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. It's very clean and well cared for! Our dog loved the back yard, and we loved the hot tub for chilly early mornings. Short walk to the beach too which is really a must for a trip to the coast! Highly recommend!

Summary: PROS: Clean home, lovely backyard with a hot tub, quiet neighborhood, very close and easy access to the beach, walkable to the town. CONS: The home smells like a hotel room that allows smoking and, as another guest stated, the floors are very uneven, like a fun house at the fair. For the price, this home has definitely earned 5 stars. The few cons don’t drag down the pros. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Summary: This house was mostly nice to stay in. The hot tub was great and the bed I slept on was comfortable. It was nice that there were two bathrooms. We had some issues with the kitchen sprayer and the front door lock though which decreased the quality of our stay.

Summary: Overall was very clean and cozy! Loved the amenities for the dog! A bit smaller then the pics made me believe but wasn't unpleasant. Hot tub jets don't work but still stayed heated and one of the toilets was broken but they tried to help us troubleshoot and then gave the option to send someone out. Otherwise was perfect for a short getaway weekend. Wish checkout was later in the morning but honestly it was because we just wanted more time there 😂
