Summary: The house is beautiful but there were many things missing in the house, such as glasses only 5. Trash bags only 2 provided, not enough laundry detergent. The remote control for the tv in one of the rooms was missing. In the other room the tv wasn't working. Dishwasher also wasn't working properly. Overall, we had a nice time and the house is very beautiful. Just needs the essentials that I mentioned.

Summary: This home was exactly what we needed and when we had issues the management company took care of it promptly (the propane was empty.) Hot showers, & hot tub was clean and HOT. Loved the pool table, stayed down there and played cards for hours. Wish there were more towels, blankets, and coffee. Other than that, great home for a group of friends/family!

Summary: We used this home as our family’s home base during a recent visit to the area. The home was very clean and incredibly spacious. Unfortunately, we had very little to no hot water (usually one person could get a warmish shower, but the water was downright cold otherwise). We never got a single drip of hot water from the kitchen sink, which made washing dishes difficult. The kitchen could also use some washcloths, which would also help with cleanup. The hot tub was not warm at all so it really wasn’t usable. We asked for help getting it to heat up but were told to just wait a while and see if it got warmer (it wasn’t even bath water warm so we just didn’t use it). The code didn’t open the house when we arrived, so we had to wait outside with our family at 10:30pm until the Vacasa people could get the code switched and we could get in. (This home seems to be managed by Vacasa and not an actual person, which I think makes the customer service less than ideal.) Overall, though, it was a good landing pad for our family. I mentioned it was very clean— and that made up for most of the frustrations. The beds were super comfy and the space was great for family games. (FYI the games in the game closet seem better suited for a frat party than a family so you probably want to bring your own.) The view out those windows is spectacular! That view plus the comfy beds and the gorgeous area negated most of the frustrating bits. All said and done, we’d stay again.
