Summary: Pics represent exactly what you’re renting. Communication was friendly and they called just to ask if everything was an expected. Plenty of dishes and blankets provided.Only negative was that the bed was extra firm. Location was impressive with 2 minute walks to the sound or the gulf. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Furnishings were not as shown in listing and photos hide alot. Was not a comfortable living room sofa, appearance felt dirty and old because it was. Previous reviews indicated same issproblems

Summary: I loved the location and the full kitchen. Fair warning, the house felt grimy, outdated, and like it needed a good deep clean. There was mildew/mold in the shower (along with a few pieces of hair that did not belong to us). It smelt like musty wet dog. Cute decorations though!

Summary: A lot of people are giving poor reviews for outdated furniture and cleanliness. The fact is, you are getting a super cheap condo RIGHT across the street from the beach. You get what you pay for and you’re not here to be cooped up in a condo anyways. The furniture is dated, but they serve their job just fine. We always bring our own sheets and comforters to make us feel more comfortable anyways. The condo itself is not “dirty” things are just older. Some cracks in the plates, etc. Plus, there is a dishwasher so you can wash the plates before use if it makes you feel better. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. This location is absolutely perfect. We read the reviews and packed accordingly. We brought pots/pans and extra towels. Plus, our puppy scratched the paint on the door and scratched up a piece of trim on the bathroom door. Reporting was super easy and stress free. We will definitely be coming back in the future because the price was so low, we were able to stay for an entire week! Wifi was great and our kiddo was able to play fortnite with his friends back home each night. We enjoyed our stay! ❤️

Summary: While we always love visiting Navarre, this trip wasn't the greatest. When we got to the townhouse we couldn't get in because we received the wrong code. Called a number for the local Vacasa and couldn't get a live person. Just kept asking me over and over to choose a prompt but when you press whichever number it just asked the same thing over again. The townhouse was not clean. Sand in the bed, we had not been to the beach as it was getting dark. Floors were filthy, only two towels, one washcloth, two hand towels and a bath mat. Definitely need more towels. We had planned on cooking/grilling while in town BUT the grill was so rusted that one of the knobs wouldn't turn. Got up the next morning to cook breakfast but there was only an egg pan...literally nothing else other than one baking dish and a cookie sheet. Do not say that it's a fully equipped kitchen when it's not. Will not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. The homeowners need to do better with making sure its well equipped, the cleaning service needs to do better and the local office needs to figure out their phone system.
