Summary: The room was very clean, I had everything so needed- a modern room with a very comfortable bed. Viviana also provided Shampoo & Co. The there was complimentary water and a kettle to prepare tea. Viviana prepared a wonderful breakfast- thank you for the stay. I will definitely come back.

Summary: A hidden gem in Verona with wonderful hosts. The room was spacious and spotless with everything we could have needed. Breakfast was great. We stayed with our toddler and a cot was already set up for her on our arrival and there were toys in the communal area - a lovely touch. We completely recommend and would love to stay again.

Summary: Vivianna was a very friendly and welcoming host. My room was comfortable and I slept well here. The bathroom was also a good size. Water was provided in the room and there was a kettle in the living room. Location was good, in a quiet area but very close to all the action. Also walkable to the station. Breakfast was good, continental. The air conditioner is set for winter now so if you like your room cooler, it won’t be possible unless you open the windows. There was an issue with my room key card as it didn’t work on the front gate and door to the apartment. I was stuck outside for over an hour. Viviana came as soon as she could (she doesn’t live in the area) and was very apologetic which I appreciated. Other than that, I had a good stay here and would recommend it.
