Positive: Our stay here was exactly what we needed after long days on safari and hiking. The staff are so friendly and attentive, food is flavourful and wholesome and the location peaceful and private. The room was very spacious and with a large garden area around it too. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the flowing river.
Negative: The shower and toilet are technically outside but accessed directly from your room through a zip in the tent. The team ensure it is clean but inevitably there are insects and the concrete is discolored. Would be nice if they provided bathroom slippers.

Positive: A fabulous place nestled next to the river. Loved the luxury tented camp accommodation and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. To top it all the food was delicious and all freshly prepared. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit this region near Usa River.

Positive: Beautiful spacious tents. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but it's a nice location by the river.
Negative: There's a pool and restaurant is under construction. It will be better when it's finished. It would also be nice with more access to the river.

Positive: Staff is extremely helpful. Everyone went out of their way to help me. They even waited with me in the dark for my pickup. Very accommodating with meals and excellent food.
Negative: The toilet room and shower room could be better sealed. I kept finding huge bugs in both rooms.

Positive: Very individualistic and romantic Location above the Usa River. The tents are really luxury equipped with nice furniture and sanitary facilities. The water for shower was heated very evening to be already in the morning. Very evening before dinner the personal lighted a nice fire together with the sundowner. All dinners were extraordinary!
Negative: Lack of guided excursions. The Management organised a day trip to the Arusha Nationalpark for 525 Dollars (3 persons).
