Positive: Accomodation was great in a perfect location and short walk to the Forster main beach and ocean pool. The unit was tidy and clean. It was very helpful to have access to a full kithen and washing machine.
Negative: We had to pick up and drop off the key at a location that was a 10 minute drive away in a busy shopping centre, in which it was hard to find a car park- very annoying. I think the owners should really reconsider and offer wifi. The weather was hit and miss when we stayed for a week. It would have been great to have wifi available to stream movies for my child. The unit itself was actually quite noisy, in a bit of an older building. Lots of noise from other units - taps running, people moving around and hearing voices in other units.

Positive: Fantastic kitchen made eating in, a money saving option, especially, for breakfast. Comfortable bed shower and lounge room.
Negative: Not the fault of the property but the tv lost reception after a thunderstorm half way through my 2nd week.I believe the entire building was also effected. At the time of my departure the reception hadn’t been restored.
Summary: Comfortable, Quiet and relaxing with a touch of class especially the kitchen and lounge area.

Positive: The location and amount of bunks. Amazing. Excellent kitchen utensils selection. Didn't need to but any crockery or pans.
Negative: The smell we sourced seemed to be coming from the drains. They were awful for about 2 days until we purged the pipes with showers and added air cleansers and candles. The fridge howled and hammered and didn't close properly till week 2 when it seemed to "catch up" with being used regularly. Its seal may be gone, and there may be ice on the fan. The laundry had an old crotchety smell to it. Like stale old clothes familiar with older homes. We left windows open and ran a cycle of towels with freshener through the washing machine and wall dryer. DVD remote was in the sideboard behind toys not near tv area. My son went crazy for days with local TV ads. It's really annoying having no WIFI with children who needed to spend 2 days inside with gale force winds and surf. Would have paid more for WIFI. No cleaning products. No dishwasher tabs. Dishwasher would short circuit randomly and not work. Hubby had to re set it multiple times.
