Positive: It was one of the lovely retreats after a year, Vattakanal is an amazing place with beautiful misty weather and Amenities & Services at Cloud Walk is a top notch. From Customer Service to restaurant, we were taken care of very well and we enjoyed our stay with a private bon fire and a candle lit dinner, waiting to return soon.
Negative: There is nothing in particular to be mentioned

Positive: Very much enjoyed Scenic views from the Balcony, truly a bliss. Property has Indoor games for Adults & kids for their entertainment. We enjoyed our stay over here, the staff was helpful and friendly for any matter contacted them for. Cleanliness is very good. Best resort for Couples & Family.
Negative: Nothing in specific to add on, Adding Combo offers in the menu could be appreciated. Look Forward to visit again.

Positive: An excellent property in the lap of nature-kind of hidden gem. Staff & hospitality were outstanding. Eashwaran - F&B manager, Front Office Staff had taken excellent care of us. Food was just stupendous and delicious, special thanks to Chef Sharma Ji for preparing mouth watering & finger licking Tandoori Chicken. Never been so satisfied & happy with any properties that we have stayed so far in Kodai. Special thanks to Front office staffs for their courtesy & gesture. A perfect gateway from the Hussle & bustle of busy life . Thanks Cloud Walk Team.

One of the most courteous, kind, obliging people work here and take care of you so well that you are spoilt ! The quality of stay, the resort, every minute detail is amazing and mesmerizing. This place can never disappoint anyone. So clean, so comfortable and beautiful ❤️,Counting days until we return back to Cloud Walk.

Positive: The hotel has magnificent views of valleys and mountains. Watched spectacular sunrises from the bed! Food was excellent and they went out of their way to provide an early breakfast on the last morning before leaving. Lovely gardens with swings and fruit tress dripping with fruit. Short walk to a small village where you can eat roast chicken or veggie meals and drink local coffee while admiring the spectacular views. Friendly, helpful staff who make an effort. Car arranged by hotel for the long drive back to Cochin with an excellent, safe driver. Definitely recommend this.
Negative: Checkin was a bit over the top with every document photographed plus they insisted on taking photos of our faces. They have CCTV cameras all over the place. I assume this is for safety and security of guests and property. but it seemed a lot. Otherwise, it was fine.

Positive: The most amazing thing about this property is the view from the balcony of the hills and forest. Room exceptionally clean. Evening meal we had there was excellent. Good indian breakfast. Nice garden. Also, nice touch of leaving gift of chocolates and eucalyptus oil.
Negative: Only small things. Neither of kettles worked. Could do with more towels.

Positive: Most sought off location in Kodaikanal. Vattakanal or Vatta, Name tells it all. I would recommend for a Heavenly Suite which has a broader view of the valleys right from the balcony. All the Balconies have private screen hence privacy is not an issue. The Property is fully secured with CCTV with ample Car parking. Breakfast was one of the best in Kodaikanal excellent south indian dishes with Continental combined. The Property has variety of games to engage kids as well as adults. You can also order a souvenir in this place; we took a Magic cup with the pictures taken during the Bon fire. Special thanks to Mr. Peer, Mr. Kunal & Eshwaran for giving that extra homely touch with their extraordinary services.

Positive: A very beautiful premium stay in vattakanal. A lush green garden with beautiful flowers along with just the right old-timey ambience, this is a perfect place for anybody who loves themselves a good peaceful experience. Food is amazing, rooms are awesome and clean with helpful and accommodating staff. Staff are nice and friendly. Hospitality is great. The ambience of the place is marvelous. The bonfire with music and dinner by the side is truly unforgettable. A must visit destination even if one doesn't plan on staying but if they have a change of heart the stay is worth every dime.
Negative: Breakfast could have been better with more intercontinental options; However, the management informed me the addition of Italian cuisine during the breakfast.
