Positive: Location was excellent in terms of accessing everything that this part of North Wales has to offer. Friendly neighbours.

Negative: Penmancho only has one small store and a pub that wasn’t open. So you need to drive to Bettws Y Coed if you fancy eating out in the evening. Limited parking outside property although church car park only 70 meters away. Slightly musty smell in cottage but put this down to age of property. Shower desperately required a shower mat to avoid slips and more attention needs to be given to ensure previous guests have properly cleaned pots, pans and cutlery.
