Positive: The most delicious breakfasts we’ve ever had in a hotel! Each morning felt like dining in a luxurious restaurant. The breakfast tea was an amazing herbal blend - unfortunately, it wasn’t available for sale, but we absolutely loved it! A perfect start to the day before heading out to climb the mountains! 🏔️
Negative: The church bell ringing early in the mornings woke us up - but of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Positive: The property was stunning and very elegantly furnished. The staff were very pleasant and attentive to the guests needs.

Positive: We stayed here for a couple of nights, and really enjoyed our stay int he 'Library Room'. The room was large and comfortable, and my daughter's stayed in the ante-room which could be fully closed off from the main bedroom (so she has a room of her own). The breaksfast was amazing and generous, with everything from hot options and cheeses/meats, to pancakes, fruit, yoghurts,etc. I can highly recommend also having dinner at the hotel: the food is excellent and sophisticated. The hotel is on a charming old town square with free parking right outside the doors. Its easy to get from the hotel to any number of locations nearby (the Tatras or Slovansky raj for hiking, Levoca for sightseeing etc.)
Negative: This didn't bother me personally, but the shower is in the bathtub and there is no shower screen. If this is something future guests would like to avoid, then they should book a different room.

Positive: Overall, this is the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are modern, beautiful, comfortable. The staff were very nice and professional. We arrived after the check-in time and they called to make sure we were okay. The breakfast was excellent, the best I have ever had. The coffee was phenomenal. The service was simply excellent. There was both a buffet and a menu from which you can choose omelet etc. There was a restaurant on the 1st floor, which was expensive, the food was exquisite, but it was difficult to eat there (portions were very small). But it was a very nice experience not to have to go anywhere. It was easy to park the car near the hotel, there were no paid parking spaces.
Negative: The only thing - I recommend using the air conditioner, not opening the windows. The church bells were very loud, but that's part of the old town.

Positive: The chic decor blended perfectly with the historic surroundings. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great start to the day. The included entrance ticket to the nearby water park was a wonderful bonus, offering much-needed relaxation after hiking. One small detail I loved was the incredible softness of the carpet in my room—it felt like a soothing foot treatment after a long hiking day. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and stylish stay!
