Positive: The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Negative: The housekeeping wasn’t okay for a 5-star hotel: 1. Had to ask for our shower gel and shampoo bottles to be refilled as they were empty when we checked in. 2. The shower towel wasn’t clean in one of the nights (there were lint and hair) - had to ask for a new one by phone. 3. They don’t refill the glass water bottles - had to ask for a new one by phone. 4. They don’t refill the paper tissue box at the bathroom - had to ask for a new one by phone. 5. Bathroom and toilet floors aren’t wiped daily. The shower/bath tub bottom is very slippery, which can be dangerous. I wish there were handles inside the bath tub to feel safe when moving around or entering/exiting the bathtub. I slipped twice while exiting the bathtub - the second time, my toe nails brushed through the drain hole and got cuts with little bleeding. There was no trash bin in the room; only in the toilet and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was okay but does not offer a wide range of food.
Summary: Comfortable with lots of areas for improvement.

Positive: Wonderful hotel! The transfer was perfectly organized, I was greeted at the hotel, given all the necessary information, and personally escorted to my room! The restaurant is excellent! The view of the Eiffel Tower is simply fantastic. I’m absolutely thrilled!
Negative: Only once was the room not cleaned very well. And on one evening, probably a new staff member at the restaurant took a long time to find the table reservation I had made before, but a more experienced colleague quickly sorted it out. These small shortcomings did not spoil the overall impression.

Positive: It's a nice modern hotel with a nice indoor pool and sauna. The room service is not great , not a lot of choice and it's expensive. The junior suite in the main building is pretty great. A lovely view, a huge tv, a modern spacious bath. The sink was of poor quality. The location is outside of Paris, 25 min trip to the center. Some staff is very nice and some are rude.
Negative: Look above. Room service and room.service staff with one man very rude

Positive: The staff are fantastic here and the hotel is amazing. Food was also fantastic.
Negative: Booked a junior suite but the one i got. Room 9 did not have a nice view unlike my last stay where a normal rooms have a fantastic view. So paid more for the room but felt let down.
