Positive: Suited us for a one night stay perfectly. Clean, spacious apartment which was well-equipped for our visit. Cabourg was a fabulous find, and should we return, I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Negative: The apartment is part of an old-folks home, which I knew when I booked, so it didn't bother us. But it was a little disconcerting using the public areas!
