Negative: Cons: - apartment not 100% finished (towel drier not installed in the bathroom, some wires hanging) - baby crib broken, our baby daughter could escape from it ... - kitchen without sponge, towel, no coffee machine ! - breakfast with good quality ingredients indeed, but lack of variety, and definitely not kids focused: bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers mostly, and what's the point of providing Senseo pods for breakfast? How are we supposed to use them ? - impossible to adjust the room temperature, the remote was set to 19ยฐC, we had to open windows at night during winter (26ยฐC in our room)... - cutlery/glasses/cups were a bit of a mix of everything - only 2 tiny hooks in the bathroom, nothing to hang towels

Positive: We had a wonderful stay. The owner was really helpful. He provided us very clear instructions regarding the check-in process. During the day of check-out our request to extend the check-out time was also very warmly accepted. The chalet is comfy and well furnished. We could park our cars right infront of the chalet. Having dishwashers could have been better.

Positive: Hosts are super friendly.We were about to walk for 30min to buy water and charcoal for bbq night. We asked the host to buy these things on his way to us as he needed to check one light bulb in the bathroom. The neighbors are also good. They even helped us making the fire for bbq. The place is clean, spacious, and is a very good location for fresh air.
Negative: The apartment is a little bit far from main square. But itโ€™s ok if u check the google map one day prior to catch the bus to Zakopane. It takes about 40min to reach the city centre.
Summary: Overall, we are really satisfied with our stay at the place.

Positive: Nice houses, very quiet location, apart from hustle and bustle of Zakopane. Nice garden.
Negative: Dustbins right behind of our house. Could be a little better equipped (sponge,tea towel in the kitchen, or ideally dishwasher :-)) Trampoline in the garden was not in the good condition.
