Positive: Amazing view - Very clean - Quiet - Accessories for barbecue - Accessories for kitchen - Free Wifi - Warm house - Lots of space - Big free parking space - There is a nearby shop to buy oscypki and local products (it's not a supermarket)
Negative: - No air-conditioning (but this did not bother us)

Positive: Very nice houses. The only reason why the location was not given the highest score is that the houses are located partially hidden behind tree line somehow limiting Tatra's views. Other that that - the location is great. It is very close to the national park boundary, next to a lodge serving decent breakfasts. Nearby Bukowina Tatrzanska provides abundance of places serving local cuisine for delicious hearty meals. The landlord and his family are extremely nice and eager to help moving around (such as driving to/from trail heads). The landlord goes far beyond what is expected to help his guests. We loved this place, enjoyed our stay and are very grateful for warm, accommodating reception. We definitely recommend this location and shall come back when visiting Tatra mountains in the future.

Positive: Everything was perfect, the house is fantastic, the host is responsive and friendly, while this region of Poland feels like winter wonderland. I can only recommend to a family or for a nice holiday with friends.
