Positive: Easy entry and exit, quick response as possible, quiet place, privacy, parking for the car, and safety
Negative: The sauna microwave is not included in the reservation, and some of the rooms are relatively small. The kitchen equipment needs to be replaced, but all of this did not bother me regarding the place, and the owners were flexible and responded very quickly.
Summary: The place is special and the owners are special. I hope it continues at the same level. If I visit the same place again,

Positive: The house is super nice and clean. The owner tried to take care of all our needs. The pool table was a great solution for the evenings.
Negative: The house was not prepared for us when we arrived. We were 9 ppl and there were not enough towels for all of us to take a shower, there were no hand towels at all, at the kitchen was only 2 mugs and a missing of few glasses, some burnt pots and pans. Which made our planned family dinner very difficult to made. At the next the morning the owners arrived with new mugs, a pan and a pot, as well as the missing towels that we used for the rest of our stay. In one shower the faucet was broken, but we no longer had the energy to deal with all the issues in the apartment so we just used the other showers instead. I suggest the owner to check all the equipment before ppl arriving for stay. The entrance to the parking lot is a stone road with potholes and a step that you have to be careful of when going down from the main road. Despite everything, we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

Positive: This is the second time I have stayed with my friends in the house. The location, comfort, price, and most importantly the lady host are perfect! Lady host responsively helped us get out when our car got stuck in the snow. She called the man, who literally saved us! Thank you so much! We went to the thermal baths with the discount, had a barbecue, and went snowboarding- everything was perfect! Lady host is smiling and responsive! We'll definitely come back again! 11 out of 10! Love this place! <3

Positive: - Lady who served us at check in was really nice, she promptly react to all out request during whole stay; - interior was spacious, comfortable, well eqepited, kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms; - truly comfortable beds; - terrace with possibility of barbecue.
Negative: - The access road was broken and dusty; - in the basement was good looking sauna, but it was impossible heated it up more then 65 degrees, so it was useless; - view is nice, but accommodation is in the valley, we missed view to high tatras; - we travelled with four children's (age 1,2,3,3), they drew some pictures on the stone floor at the terrace and on the artificial table with chalks - we forgot clean it, after we left called us owner of the cottage, he was really rude, he insulted us that we don’t know raise up children at Slovakia and he wanted call cops on us. We tried solving the problem, we offer him money for extra cleaning or because we weren’t so far, that we can arrive clean it up - but he wanted just to scream on us and after that he just hang up. We have tons of experience with accommodation across the Europe, but this was the worst one. It was unappropriated, unnecessary and it does not belong to that price accommodation.
