Positive: Everything was great, clean and big room, equipped with assets required for short and long trip (including washing machine). There was possibility to buy coffee, water or wine directly in the room. Great support from Monica, who speaks English perfectly. Parking place is behind the gate so you can feel safe. Not so far from metro station, feet breakfast can be taken on station next to the apartment.
Negative: I would suggest to keep water (bottle or two) for free same as coffee, it’s not a big expense but always looks better and I think all other places I visited in Italy over last few years worked like that (at least with basic amount of water bottles and coffee caps)
Summary: Good place for one night and longer stay.

Positive: Spacious apartment with two big and a small bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms (the one directly accessed by the one big bedroom) and a big terrace. A double - size sofa in the living room and a single - size sofa in the bedroom can be transformed to beds. Private parking is available free - of - charge. The kind hostess welcomed us the day of arrival, explaining us the details of the apartment. She was also available for responding to any inquiries. The apartment is part of a big apartment complex with private entrance. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Metro station.
Summary: A very good option for your stay in Rome!

Positive: A nice hotel, cozy place, very friendly and helpful staff — the stay was wonderful!
Negative: In three days, no one cleaned our room, but that’s not as big of a deal compared to the fact that they didn’t change our towels even once — I really didn’t expect that. The place itself is quite far from the main attractions, so you definitely need transportation, and it takes at least 20 minutes to get anywhere. The metro station isn’t close either — about a 25-minute walk, which isn’t great under the sun, so that’s something to keep in mind. Grocery stores are also not nearby — about a 20-minute walk as well.

Positive: We booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Domus Aurelia very last minute because of a change of plans while we were holidaying in Rome. Soon after we had booked we had a message from our host, Monica, who was very friendly and helpful. We did not really know quite what to expect, not least because the location seemed to point to a hotel of a different name. However, when we arrived we found an impressively large, comfortable suite exactly as shown in the pictures, all shown to us by Monica's very helpful colleague Gianni. We self-catered, so found the hypermarket 5 minutes walk away ideal, and the hotel was close to the bus route we were using to reach the excellent Monkey Island climbing wall. In many ways we thought Domus Aurelia was too good to be true when we booked it last minute for such a low price, but it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Grazie mille!
