Positive: The view from the top is unbelievable! The room was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! There is a 25 min walk to the centre of Bellagio which is harder backwards but if the weather is not hot it’s really enjoyable! The parking was great in front of the hotel! Really sweet breakfast in a cafe nearby!

Positive: First of all, the host is amazing! Hard working, kind, and always willing to help. The place has the ideal location with a view that looks like you are in a fairytale. Highly recommended it and we will return definitely!

Positive: Very nice view, terrace facility. Staff is nice person with smşley face

Negative: Heater is not working properly , has time limitation. There is very thin blanket inside the room. Batroom was clean but when u bath water fillimg base. Booked with breakfast, only given 5 euro breakfast card from patissier, which is located outside, there is no restaurant at facility for breakfast.

Positive: Sabrina was an exceptional person, all smiles very every helpfull , She makes our stay in the hotel so nice and valuable.

Negative: I make the reservation with the balcony, But when I arrived they gave me the room in under level . Couldn't enjoy the view from my room. But the trace was OK
