Positive: The breakfast was left out from the night before so was quite dry, also we was told we was the only ones booked for breakfast but someone had been in and eaten all the yoghurt before we even got down.
Negative: I was very disappointed that the restaurant downstairs never opened as we booked to stay here under the impression we could eat in there of an evening. We only see 1 staff member on the day we were leaving, which was a day early as nothing was open so we chose to go somewhere else.

Positive: Convenient to and from airport shuttle at the price of 7€. Shuttle seems hard to find following map or explanations, however it’s really easy : just follow general indications “Hotel shuttle” until you reach a designated place (blue column with hotel logos) just opposite exits 1-4 of T3, opposite taxi queue, kind of in the middle of the road. Then you see parking spots 1-4 marked yellow on the ground, the shuttle to this hotel is branded Best Western (spot 2) and takes you to both hotels. Payment at hotel reception. Room decent and clean, rooms are individual units on a garden lot. Very kind Bangladeshi reception clerk. Nice fish-tavern type restaurants along the canal, just 12 minutes walk heading for Via della Torre Clementina.

Positive: The staff was great and the rooms clean , comfortable and updated. Nice continental breakfast and complimentary bottled water. They made us Cappuccinos when we arrived. It was within walking distance to groceries and restaurants.
Negative: The surrounding area a bit run down.

Positive: Excellent direction from Umberto! We knew where and when to go on our way, we enjoyed every comfort of the resort, and we felt safe. The resort is both beautiful and different from a chain hotel, and Umberto takes great pride in sharing what he has created there. The detail is apparent from the breakfast nook and even the sign on the common toilet at the reception desk; Umberto has so much to offer his guests! Very friendly and accessible support staff, as well. Would recommend staying here 100%. The Libby’s, Kaysville, Utah, America 🇺🇸
