Negative: The breakfast was pathetic. Four breakfasts consisted of a loaf of white sliced bread, porridge oats, one serving of cornflakes, 2 pints of milk. No butter or spread, no marmalade or jam, no eggs nothing else. No coffee machine only instant coffee. This definitely is not a bed and BREAKFAST. The door handle was broken into the bedroom, the towels were thin and there was no way to dry them.

Positive: The location was great as we booked for closeness to racecourse. Handy for buses. A couple of eating places within walking distance.
Negative: The apartment block was a bit run down. Apartment itself smelt of damp, inspite of having humidifiers in rooms. The hot water was not hot. The shower pressure was very bad.

Positive: Both hosts were on hand to help at any time and were really helpful, friendly and kind. It was easy to get the keys as the information sent to me was completely accurate and detailed. The neighbours were also friendly and there was so much space. It was quiet at night too, with really nice views on both sides of the street. The breakfast and amenities provided were top-notch.
Negative: The only thing I would suggest is to re-seal the bathroom, because it’s flats and the humidity gets a bit much.
