Positive: Cereal wasn`t to my preference. but the bread was ok
Negative: Washing machine was rusty and the tray was dirty. Nowhere near enough electrical sockets in the kitchen or front room. Beds were comfy enough.
Summary: Area was nice enough and there was a few shops within walking distance.

Positive: Good communication with Shaun, nice sized secure grass lawn garden which was freshly mown, comfy beds with clean fresh linen free parking and good dog walking at Jubilee Park.
Negative: Most of the cutlery and crockery needed to be washed on arrival. Generally the property needs a good refurb and tidy to fix all the things mentioned in other reviews.

Positive: Pleasant breakfast, perfectly adequate for our needs
Negative: The main room tended to get quite cold in the evening and we had no means to turn up the heating. I think it needs to be switched on around 7.00pm each night for a couple of hours. However, it came on at 6.00am each morning which is ideal.
