Summary: We visited Donna Carmela for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and attentive! The resort was beautiful and relaxing. Nearby locations easy to access and visit for day trips. Very lovely stay overall.

Summary: Beautiful property. Rooms. Breakfast was amazing. The dinner was a little too fine dining for us and it’s a remote hotel so sort of the only option. Wish the pool was heated.

Summary: The staff were lovely and the room was very nice; we loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the towels and linen were excellent. It maybe a bit of a stretch to call this a resort when the pool is not heated (and therefore not useable in February). The breakfast was exceptional.

Summary: Staff is amazing, you feel everyone is happy to be there. Welcome drinks were amazing and check in well thought through with no standing and waiting; room is great; very eco friendly hotel , amazing views on volcano or sea; lemon trees everywhere; restaurant food and service impeccable ; the only thing we would say is breakfast needs a bit more variety like fruit, veg, potatoes, sausages, oranges, olives etc; plenty of fresh cakes which are delicious
