Negative: Its far from Siem Riep city centre. Not the fault of the property, I didnt research well enough. In the end we did fine, Tuk Tuks are easy to arrange via the Grab App.

Positive: The gorgeous architecture and use of real natural wood all around. The rooms, the premises, the pool, the ambience was beautiful. And the staff were very kind. Also excellent bang for your buck. Truly one of the nicest places i've stayed at.
Negative: Was a bit out of town, and taking a tuk tuk late at night to come back didn't seem very ideal.
Summary: A truly beautiful place, with exceptional customer service and value.

Positive: From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty of the place – so carefully maintained, with incredible attention to detail, it truly feels like a peaceful paradise. The staff are warm and welcoming, the cuisine is full of amazing flavors and feels completely safe for someone visiting from abroad, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax and feel at home. Moreover, easy and value for money transportation with tuk tuk or car, available by the hotel. I honestly couldn’t recommend it more! Thank you Dontrei!

Positive: We loved our private pool in the villa, especially coming back from trips in the afternoon, it was nice to be able to jump straight in. The beds were fantastic as they were on the harder side which we prefer. The team at the hotel are all very attentive and friendly and made it a comfortable stay.
Negative: Probably a little less of an option if you are a bit uncomfortable with insects. Having a frog jump out of the toilet paper roll and cockroaches around the room was a little uncomfortable but not surprising given the set up and area of the hotel. It really isn’t a huge minus. We would still come back.

Positive: Really great oasis of relaxation. Everything really seems like someone put a lot of effort and care into it. We were in the honeymoonsuite for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. The interior design is really gorgeous, the plants/the pool/the whole atmosphere is just right. The location also wasn’t an issue actually more of a plus for us cause you’re outside of the city noise and only a 10 minute tuktuk drive away from everything. They have tuktuks on hold for you at every time. All in all definitely 100% recommended
Negative: There could have been more vegetarian options to choose from for dinner, they can make everything vegetarian though by just leaving out the fish/meat so this is just a very minor point
