Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We loved the view!! It was conveniently located super close to The Big House which made our early mornings with basketball much more tolerable. We also loved how clean the apartment was. It had everything we needed and things we didn't need. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. The water temperature was awesome, and the water pressure was great. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. We will definitely book again if we are in the area. Kudos to the owner!! If it was in the cards right now, we would definitely look into buying as we saw the for sale sign in the yard.

Negative: We weren't a fan of the number of boats that took off in the early morning hours but it was interesting to see since we were already up and moving! The living room could maybe use a loveseat rather than to two chairs. The bedroom could use more overhead lighting and the remote for the fan was inoperable or maybe it was just us. The closet space and hangers came in handy. We also didn't like the icemaker was out of order, but we made do. Other than that, we were good to go!
