Negative: Just the lack of transport is something to factor! The bus comes every hour, its 30min ride to interlaken west and it can get packed.

Positive: Its really amazing experience while staying in this hotel. View from balcony is next level. Room size is great for family. Breakfast facility was good as well.
Negative: Hotel is amazing. This is nothing to do with hotel but if someone is completely depending on public transport then there are not much options available. Bus has hourly frequency.
