Negative: No tea or coffee making in the room and none available in the hotel after breakfast. Very surprised that for a hotel right on the beach they did not provide beach towels

Positive: The lobby and breakfast facilities were excellent, the location was very good 👍 and the beach ⛱️ 👌

Negative: The room was very uncomfortable, and the door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. The washroom was not very clean. it had an older toilet, bidet, and tub. It would have been nice if the tub had a few grab bars to get in and out. For a four star hotel, the room and washroom need upgrading.

Negative: There's some renovation going on at the moment and the swimming pool and soa weren't available at the time of our stay in mid March 2026

Positive: As a regular Customer,this time around I was not impressed as I've been in previous stays!

Negative: According to the booking originally made, I was very disappointed to find out at the location that the swimming pool was out of service.... therefore, the price paid didn't match the offer!
