Positive: We booked two apartments (one studio for 2 persons and one apartment for 5 persons). The staff was very helpful, arranged smooth late checkin for us and even managed to find two apartments next to each other as we traveled as a family. Great location for hiking. Beautiful views directly from the apartment. Wellness with great views (you can rent the towels and bathrobes at the reception for 10eur) with a lot of space to relax (tea or something to read provided as well). Our son enjoyed the family room with toys, books and sports equipment and I enjoyed the sunbed in front of the family room, where I could chill while he played :) We definitely want to come back, hopefully in winter as well.

Negative: Bit of dust under the beds and the kitchen could be a bit better equipped.

Positive: Really lovely apartment, separate bathroom from toilet - I really love that :D the view was nice. The tv has apps, so you can log into your Netflix account :) Love that. The location is very close to the main cable car (lift) which is in the price of the skipass. There is a coach that can take you up but we didn't use it. The staff were really lovely and helpful. I'm not giving 10 because there's always a room for improvement :)

Negative: The walls are kinda "thin", you can hear people stomping around, I guess it if were more busy it'd be a bit nosier. I would like a map or marked in that map where I can access the shuttle skibus near the hotel and at the top of the mountain... it was quite hard to find it, that's why we didn't use it in the end. Some sort of visualisation would help a lot. The espresso cups - four of them, but we were three for two nights :D so our friend had to be without coffee :D That we were asked to throw away the bin at the end of the trip. I'm used to hotels, so this was a bit weird to me, but I did not really mind it but it's something that I'd think it's included in the cleaning.

Positive: Very nice spacious apartment in excellent location. “AktivCard” was included in the price of the accommodation and it was an excellent bonus giving us free access to multiple attractions in the area. Table tennis, wellness, playground are available.

Negative: We couldn’t stay longer.
