Positive: The location
Negative: The stairs were very steep and not easy to climb up and down. The curtains and walls in the kitchen/living room were very dirty. The curtains by the patio doors and the living room window had multiple splatters of food on them.
Summary: It was generally okay but seemed expneiave for the standard of accommodation

Positive: We liked the location, and the facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing. There were many activities for kids and also good entertainment. We also enjoyed the sauna, which was free and empty (so we had our private sauna multiple times).
Negative: There is no airco, we arrived on a particularly hot day and the living room was around 29-30°. Luckily the bedrooms were a bit cooler.

Positive: Location and setting is lovely. Two swimming pool options were good. Accommodation was nice. But beds uncomfortable.
Negative: One major warning- this resort is set on a steep hill. The roads are ok to navigate around but taking any paths or shortcuts is dangerous as it is underdeveloped- very easy to have an accident so this is not for mobility issues or the elderly. My daughter damaged her foot here and we asked if there was anything the park could do to support mobility- there is nothing. In fact, receptionists shrugged- no support offered. There is No security in the park. Swimming pool unmonitored so teenagers ruled by dive bombing and splashing small families. The kids club doesn’t happen for half the week. The dishwasher was broken and even after complaining, this wasn’t fixed. The restaurants were not open all the time. We were told to reserve and website said it was booked up but then after seeing them later, they were all half empty.

Positive: Location is brilliant with a lot of nearby hiking trails through beautiful nature. Apartment is clean, spacious with a nice kitchen. Our apartment had a nice sauna and jacuzzi. Room provides a nice view as well. There is a lovely grocery shop within resort complex, offering nice croissants, bread, dairy, snacks, drinks...
Negative: Amenities were scarce… it can be explained on a property/room page so guests know what to expect. For family of four provisions for four days look like: 3 dishwasher pods for 4 days stay…, one toilet paper… with staff guidance: you can buy more downstairs... If your traveller needs meet that trend, advice is to Bring Your Own: Pillows - provided ones were absolutely uncomfortable. Bathroom towels (provided kitchen towels were a better quality than bathroom towels), Dishwasher pods, toilet paper. Mattresses are too soft.

Positive: Clean, spacious and good commodities! Except for the roads being really steep if you're not an experienced driver its perfect, we could check in later via a code we received as well
Negative: Roads to the houses are steep if you're not an experienced driver and some of the extra leisure activities were closed due to it being winter but overall not much to complain!!

Positive: Beautiful location and good amenities . Homes and apartment are well designed
Negative: As someone whose daughter is currently crawling, the floor was quite dirty. It had obviously not been mopped in a while. Because the previous guests are required to clean the dishes, some dishes were dirty and we had to rewash everything. We were not provided with tools to wash dishes, only the dishwasher, no dishwasher tabs. We had to buy everything from the store. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days. This is a joke! The man at the reception didn’t even know how we could go with our stroller using the elevator to the promenade. We had to figure it out on our own. For the price, the quality is quite poor

Negative: Pool not warm. Sauna wasnt on when we wanted to use it. We paid too much for our two tiny dogs’ stay. Why charge the same for all size dogs? Restaurant on site too expensive.
