Negative: Small room, had to open suitcase on bed. Lobby area was plain and very basic. Not the same level as dormy inn premium but priced similar.

Positive: Facilities: great that there is free food, snacks, Yakult. And a smoking room and laundry that was cheap and worked really well.
Negative: Just a little bit too far from the port, but it was cheap in a taxi to get there quickly.
Summary: Excellent staff and excellent facilities. Room was also much more spacious than I was expecting.

Positive: The hotel chain is very consistent and we have stayed at several other Dormy Inns over the past few years. This hotel is clean, located in a nice area across from a park and near a shopping street, has a great onsen on the top floor, and the breakfast as always is great.

Positive: Nice that there was a hot spring facility, pretty central location.
Negative: Hot spring facilites were a bit small, especially the outdoor portion which could only fit 2-3 people max. The staff were also generally really unfriendly most of the time, which was really disappointing, considering the price of the hotel. For example, they seemed very unwilling and bothered when we told them we wanted to store our luggage with them after we checked out.
