Summary: It was an average stay for the night to rest from the drive before continuing the journey up North. It was a decent night stay as we only check-in around 330am and check out by 10am. Basic amenities, bed was ok but pillow was terribly soft and flat.

Summary: Even if for just 1 night, my stay was super. I'm very picky with hotels and restaurant and above all service. The swimming pool in the roof was great, the room was massive, and the breakfast was an endless buffet. I would have loved to spend more time in this hotel. Something that i really liked was the staff always smiling and focused on the customers. Something that I found out to be very rare in Malaysia. Well done!

Summary: Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Had to pay tourist tax on top which I didn’t at any other hotel I booked in Malaysia through another site.

Summary: Had a fantastic couple of nights.. just 2 little things, I couldn’t turn the aircon down so I was really cold and the WiFi kept dropping out which was annoying. Helpful staff, beautiful pool, nice bresiand discount for over 60!

Summary: Room smelt damp, safe wasn’t working and was woken early due to being next to the noisy lift shaft. Front desk seemed to know no English apart from fixing the safe. Won’t go back

Summary: All good just the housekeeper shouldnt remove our belongings from the room before we check out. They did also open my items inside the paperbag. Have informed to the receptionist as well.
