Positive: Wow just wow! This property truly is a little bit of heaven. The location is perfect, its peaceful and beautiful. The shepherd's hut, was very clean and felt very cosy and inviting. It smelt beautiful when we stepped inside. Our host was great, very friendly and left us a welcome package. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room to store our belongings underneath which didn't make the place feel small. Will hopefully be back next year, could not fault one thing.

Positive: My partner and I had the best time staying in Dot May, it had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The property was spotless and in a perfect location just a short drive to polzeath beach and surrounding towns. The host was lovely and great at recommending local places to visit, along with useful local knowledge. We highly recommend booking to stay at Dot May.

Positive: absolutely beautiful location, lovely shepards hut, beautifully finished, with amazing garden outside area. fabulous hosts too. the only thing that would have been nice to have is wifi as i know it’s supposed to be ‘off the grid living’ but there is poor telephone reception in the area and sometimes you do need to make contact with the outside world
Negative: would prefer to have a little mini fridge, if the hosts could fit one in the same space, rather than the cool box, would be more convenient for longer stays.

Positive: Dot May is a shepherds hut beautifully furnished & very clean. Comfortable bed & lovely shower room. It is inevitably small and cooking facilities somewhat limited. There is no fridge but host provided ice blocks for cool box every morning. Host could not have been more helpful. Good position for Lundy cove and cliff walks.
