Positive: This was an excellent experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent and very clean, while the view to the beach is quite nice. 5 minutes walk to the beach, heavenly! I would definitely recommend this for the future!

Negative: One thing that was not excellent and I would expect a bit better quality, given the price of the hotel is the lunch/dinner service. Although the breakfast was very nice, the food provided by the hotel (there is no real restaurant) could be improved. Especially given the remoteness of the place, this would my suggestion!

Positive: The location is superb next to Simos beach. The room and hotel in genera was very clean . The staff / owners are very kind . Breakfast is full with lots of choices.

Positive: Given we stayed here pre season the staff were excellent, the rooms were spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Everything seemed fairly new and if you want a hotel with kitchen capabilities on/ very close to beach then book now.
