Summary: Outside pool area needed attention. Hot tub wasn’t working for the whole stay ( no heat, water was cooler than the pool) and hotel umbrella wasn’t secured in it holder and flew out into the pool on top of us. Food wasn’t available outside.

Summary: I would rate 4.5 out 5, the stay wasn't bad at all. There are a couple of restaurants and a gift shop downstairs in the lobby area. The bathroom set up is a little odd, the toliet was a little too close to the shower. The big issue I had which I don't know if I just over looked it or it wasn't on the page but you will have to pay about $35 for parking to stay at the hotel per night. And my view wasn't at all like they showed on the page. But I only used the room for showering and sleeping. And it will be about a 30 minute walk to city walk

Summary: Upon arrival, the room appeared decent. However, we quickly realized the bathroom had no vent which in turn meant black moldy-mildewy spotting on the walls and in the shower. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here in the future.

Summary: Staff was friendly and professional, however, the Hi there! I appreciate the help from you all since our arrival. Very nice people.😁 However, the appearance of this hotel is a disappointment, for it to be a Double Tree /Hilton Brand. For the price and all that I'm being charged, it's not upscale enough. Very old, not modern and not really clean. Honestly, if I would've known and could've made accommodations elsewhere, I would've.

Summary: The room was nice and spacious, with a fridge but no microwave. A cozy lounge chair as well as a rolling office chair made it easy to have conversations with others in the room. There were tables and chairs available in the lobby as well as the outside courtyard to gather with others. The beds were very comfortable, with a nice clean bathroom that offered plenty of counterspace, as well as multiple outlets. The pool was very warm, but clean. There were a lot of people at the pool, but it felt big enough that I didn't feel like it was crowded. There is also a nice splashpad for the kids and a large hot tub. Self-serve laundry facilities were conveniently located and easy to use as well. Several food options are available right at the hotel. The food there was very good, but also pretty pricey. If you need a cheaper food option, we found that CityWalk had the cheapest food options around. There was a free shuttle available to the Universal parks, which was super easy to schedule and use. The park was also close enough to walk when the shuttle times didn't quite work with our schedule. We had a great stay here!

Summary: We stayed here for access to universal. But we only used the free shuttle once. It was the best shower I have ever had. Wonderful water pressure after hot days at the parks. Beds were very comfy. Starbucks and restaurants on first floor was a perk. We ended up “car sharing” to the parks so I don’t know if I would stay here on purpose again. But it was a good stay overall!
