Summary: The hotel room was very clean and the staff was very nice. However we had to keep asking for towels and to pay 20 dollars per person for breakfast is outrageous. Other than that the stay was awesome

Summary: For the price it was ok. Everything else was pricey. We had to pay for parking, and the internet. They didn’t show any hospitality. We called several times for extra towels. I called for extra tissue and was put on hold for so long I just hung up. Thankfully my wife was in the workout area she asked for a roll. Other than that the location was good.

Summary: Staff was kind! Every interaction was easy. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Our room was a little warm and humid, but other than that, it was a great experience! Would stay here again.

Summary: 1) Front desk associate- friendly & helpful 2) TV did not work in room #1 3) Phone did not work in room #1 so my boyfriend had to get dressed again and go downstairs to report the TV issue. 4) The guy who came to try to fix the TV/ remote was super nice and friendly. He went to room #2 and made sure the TV worked properly before we transferred our items. 4) After transferring to room #2, the refrigerator did not work 5) In trying to get ice, there was no ice on the 6th floor where we were staying. 6) No ice on the 5th or 7th floor. Finally located ice on the 8th floor. 7) Air conditioning unit did not work properly in room #2 8) Website said parking was $10.00 per day, but was charged $23.00 for 2 days vs the expected $20.00
