Positive: We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool. Pedro was our server there both days and also in the restaurant. He was super friendly and did a great job. Also, the girls at the front desk were super helpful with all of our questions.

Negative: I thought the signage was a bit confusing and misplaced/hard to read and yes, I speak Spanish The main problem was on the second floor exiting the elevators, the signs directing you to your room number was difficult to see/misplaced. It wasn't immediately apoarent until you walked further down the hall. Also, while artfully dine, the signs were brown wit laser cuts for the letters, but the background was also brown so it was difficult to read the brown-onbrown signs.

Summary: Other than the signage, it exceeded my expectations.
