Summary: The pool was closed for renovations, had I know we would have booked elsewhere. The smoke alarm battery died @1:50am. The breakfast buffet was “not included in the bill rate” for anyone that I heard ask about it, myself included. There was only one working elevator.

Summary: Our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels service. This hotel chain used to be great but since covig the service has gone down hill.

Summary: The stay was good and the front desk personnel excellent. The bartender (short muscular gentleman) could have been more cordial to the guests. He used his own fire stick for the basketball NBA game as the power was down for the internet but when the game ended instead of leaving it on for the few guests that were at the bar, he turned it off even when expressed their disapproval as they were still ordering drinks.

Summary: For the most part it was fantastic but who on earth thought that a sink with absolutely no “counter” space was a good idea. With the soap tray there was barely any room to put my toothpaste tube down except for maybe the toilet!?!. There was no storage space for anything, not even under the sink. There was space under the sink - the floor and I don’t want to put my makeup bag on the floor. But then again there was the toilet seat…..

Summary: Horrible tv ,cable service. Supposedly, i was told that the cable company was working on an issue in the area .. but the 3 tv's in the lobby,front waitig room had cable. And 3 different channels.. unbelievable, since i could only 4 or 5 channels in my room. Then i change room, had cable ,but tv remote channel didnt work. So i to enter the channels i wanted. ANOTHER UNBELIEVABLE, RIGHT ... I let that go ,figure i already was put thru HELL.. VERY TRUE ........... UNREAL TV PROBLEMS
