Summary: Had to wait over 2 hours for room to be ready. This was an issue for at least 20 guests. No issues once checked in.

Summary: Your restaurant sucks. Had dinner then night we arrived ordered a burger “well done” came medium pink in the middle, waitress was told of the 1st problem. Tried to correct by Senting back and came back dry and cold. Didn’t talk with Manager. Our waitress said she would let the manager know.the manager. Told her to give us 1/2 the cost off the burger. The cost was over $21.00 for the burger and chips. After sitting there with our friends already had their meal served,eaten and plates removed and 2 1/2 hours later with a cold nasty burger and chips tried to eat but couldn’t. For anyone staying at this hotel “Don’t eat in the restaurant” go outside the hotel and or order though a delivery service.
