Summary: Staff was excellent, breakfast was ok, just missed few items, hot tub and spa facilities were excellent, room cleanliness was ok

Summary: Had a fantastic stay at the hotel, really enjoyed it and the location. One thing I would say is they need to keep an eye out for when people want a drink at the bar, often stood endlessly waiting for staff to appear.

Summary: Everything was really good, we were disappointed our bottled water was not replenished for our second day and that the set costume cried was not available in the ladies changing room. Otherwise it was a great stay. We will come back.

Summary: Staff were amazing. This hotel was clean & tidy. Food was delicious. Breakfast arrangements were made early for us as had a competition to attend.

Summary: Beverley at reception was fabulous, warm welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for a better check in, what a credit to the Hilton. Super clean, comfortable, great amenities. Spa has a good sauna and steam but overall vibe not really very spa like, swimming lessons going on and no sun loungers
