Summary: We did not expect daily room service, but it was much appreciated. Except the last service did not include coffee pods, stir sticks. We ran down to the dining room for coffee. Can't pack up without coffee.

Summary: The front desk staff were great and friendly. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. I am not sure why, but was placed in a handicap room. The bathroom floor definitely needed a good mopping and the water pressure in the shower was not good. It was disappointing as the rating did not match the experience.

Summary: Check in was good. Bed was too soft with a body outline in the mattress. Bathroom was clean and towels were clean. My biggest complaint is the breakfast, over cooked, hard, and cold hash browns. Eggs were watery and sausage had a weird flavor. For $20 per plate, I would have expected better quality food. We had 5 people eating. This was nothing but an over priced continental breakfast. A pure scam…

Summary: Good hotel, a little out of date feel when you walk in lobby like holiday inn from the 80’s. Front desk service so-so, room comfortable and decent amount of space. Packed for wedding for weekend so parking was a challenge.

Summary: My stay was good. My favorite hotel. But Hotel.com drop the ball on my reservation. I had to wait 2 hours going back and forth with them because they messed my reservation.I will not go through Hotels. Com again.I never had issues before. Thank you to the lady and the gentelman at check in good customer service skills . Double Tree in Richardson is always a good stay.
