Summary: I believe the team would benefit from being more attentive and proactive when engaging with guests. Going the extra mile truly makes a difference, and at times it felt that some staff were not fully aware of who was staying in-house even after two weeks. On a positive note, the Security team was outstanding. Their professionalism and consistency really stood out. Thank you for everything!
