Summary: If going to the ford center, this hotel is amazing. The staff was fantastic. The room was very nice. And the price was great!! Highly recommend.

Summary: Room was nice, we were placed behind the elevator so a bit noisey.

Summary: The check-in process was chaotic. There were clearly some issues the staff were dealing with and that frustration was passed onto the guest checking in. The computer crashed mid check-in which caused more issues. We came back “after hours” and tried to use the doorbell to get in the front door and it did not work. We needed up having to pound in the front glass to get someone to let us in. The gentleman that came to let us in was in his cell phone and seemed annoyed that we didn’t use the doorbell. We told him he did t work and then he tried it a few times before we were able to get in. Also, the elevators seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The room was nice but the experience getting there was rough.

Summary: The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Breakfast was very good, waitress very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out staff were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
