Summary: We were only there one night but the room was excellent. The fitness center and pool are very nice. Having starbucks and a restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient. We booked this hotel because it was next door and connected via skywalk to the Ford Center. Only complaint I had was trying to get a late check out. I called the hotel prior to arriving, spent quite a bit of time on the phone only to be told I have to check with the front desk when I check in. Arrived for check in and they told me I'd have to check in the morning. Stopped at the front counter again in the morning and was told check out was changed to 11am instead of 12pm which it said we I booked the room. They would not allow a late check out, because of all the people checking in that day which I understand but would have preferred to not have to go through 3 people to get my question answered. We didn't check out until almost noon and they didn't have a problem with it.

Summary: Very nice hotel. some of the furniture was a bit beat up but overall condition good. Only complaint is that there was no toilet paper stocked in our bathroom.

Summary: The best part about this hotel for me was not having to stand stand in the long line me to get into the concert at the Ford Center. You just walk through the breeze way and show your ticket and you are in.

Summary: Hotel was excellent for convenience to the Ford Center but our check-in was delayed for over an hour from the 3 pm posted time. Staff was not equppied to handle the volume of folks arriving and did a poor job of communicating with us
